Returns policy;
All items must be returned at purchasers expense in unopenned and original packaging. A 25% restocking charge will be applied for items that have been returned at no fault of WalkerSport (FER) Ltd. Opened or damaged packing will result in a 35% depreciation charge. Any item being returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment before credit or replacement will be issued against that item.
